Our Repair Process
We always follow a strict repair process. Each model vehicle has unique parts and repair guidelines, which our technicians use to guarantee the quality of our work. Your vehicle will be restored to pre-accident condition.
Step 1: Damage Analysis
Using advanced diagnostic tools we analyze the full extent of damage to your vehicle. There are often hidden damages beneath the surface of your vehicle that many other collision centers miss. If these damages go unattended they could lead to costly or even dangerous issues down the road, especially if they are damages to your vehicles complex safety systems.

Step 2: Insurance Approvals
We want to make sure the insurance company is aware of which parts need to be used in order to properly restore your vehicle. They will sometimes suggest an after market part that will not meet the safety or performance specifications required. We work with the insurance company so that the right parts are covered so that your vehicle will be restored to pre-accident condition.
Step 3: Waiting on Parts
While there are many advantages to being connected to the BMW dealership, we sometimes still need to wait on the right parts to arrive. While no one enjoys delaying the repair, it is important that the right parts are used when restoring your vehicle. This is especially true for the complex safety features in your vehicle.

Step 4: Structural Repair
Our facility is equipped to handle structural repair for both steel and aluminum parts. Aluminum helps manufacturers to lightweight vehicles for better fuel efficiency and performance, but also requires specialized repair processes when it is damaged. The same is true for newer super high strength steel. Even more, modern vehicles have increasingly complex structural designs that play a major role in the safety of your car. It is vital for our technicians to use the exact repair processes provided by the manufacturer when restoring these components.
Step 5: Mechanical Repair
A big advantage that OMCC offers is that we are equipped to handle mechanical repairs in-house. There is no need to risk further damages by towing your vehicle to a different location. It also helps us to streamline the repair process. All of our technicians are ASE certified and have the tools needed to restore the unique mechanical components of your vehicle.

Step 6: Refinishing
Refinishing does more than restore the aesthetic look of your vehicle. It also helps to restore its value, and protects your vehicle from corrosion. We are equipped with industry leading refinishing technologies that are guaranteed to restore the original color of your paint. Plus, your car will look like it just rolled off the showroom floor.
Step 7: Reassembly
Our technicians continue to follow the factory guidelines as they reassemble your vehicle. Especially with modern vehicles, it is important that these parts are installed just as they would be in the factory. Down to the very last bolt, it will be as if your vehicle had been delivered straight from the manufacturer.

Step 8: Quality Control & Clean Up
We inspect and make sure that we covered all of the repairs that we said we would do, and that they were done properly. We run computer diagnostics as well as measure the panels to make sure everything is installed correctly. Then we clean and vacuum your car so that it is ready to get back on the road!
Our Repair Process follows strict factory guidelines for repair.
This way we can restore the performance, safety and value of your vehicle to the best of our ability. Transparency and open communication make the repair process less stressful. We want our customers to make the right choices, and to understand the work that our technicians are performing on their Vehicle.
